Merging Social Networks

15 January 2008 No Comment

O.k. I have Facebook, Microsoft Spaces, and my own website with various bits of blogs, photos and so on. It seems silly to replicate things in all three but it’s not necessarily obvious how to merge all sites. Ideally, a one click “mash up” would be the ultimate answer, but I’m not willing to spend the effort on creating a website that merges two (or three) competing website technologies. On the other hand, there are quite a few gadgets, widgets or “applications” that you can install on your profile pages that can effectively put links and entries on your Facebook and Spaces pages that can be pulled from a central server.
