We just finished Season 1 of Heroes about a week ago and we just loved it! I think this is in part, because it is a fresh take on the superhero genre and it creates (mostly) realistic people trying to deal with extraordinary things. The show keeps you guessing, trying to figure out who is “good” or “bad”, and generally gives you the impression that everyone falls into some shade of grey. Oh my goodness! The Trailer Park Boys Christmas Special was hysterical! It follows the antics of Ricky, Julian and Bubbles at the Sunnyvale Trailer park. This is a must see for fans, because it is a prequel to the regular season shows. It airs multiple times through December on Showcase so you have a pretty good chance of catching it if you haven’t already.
