Black Water Pipe BandWelcome to the Black Water Pipe Band website. We are a not-for-profit organization that focuses on competitive pipeband performance. Led by Pipe Major David McDougall, our band plays at most Highland Games in Ontario as well as marching in several parades and shows. We practice out of Canadian Legion Br. 22 in Toronto and go on parades representing the Branch at various functions throughout the year. |
