2010-04-04 My 4th attempt to make sourdough. The first 3 attempts were pretty much failure. The 2nd time was not even edible. Sourdough to not an easy bread to make and extremely time consuming. If you want to know why, look up some sourdough recipes and try it out and you will know what I mean.
